Texas Right of Way Associates – TRWA, Inc., has over 28 years of experience in the Energy, Utility and Oil and Gas Industry. TRWA has a professional land surveying division which provides services ranging from preliminary design survey, ALTA/ACSM as-builts, oil and natural gas pipeline alignments, utility alignments, route surveying, route selection, construction staking, residential and commercial survey, title abstracting and right-of-way acquisitions services in Texas and Nationwide.  We consider all projects large or small to be of the same importance, and prepare each project with the same procedures, accuracy and professionalism that is expected and deserving of our clients.

Our firm utilizes Auto-Cad Civil 3-D software, GIS mapping and state of the art field equipment, making us one of the most productive man for man firm in the market today.  TRWA believes in having office and field personnel trained under the same format in the office and in the field which makes for a more productive environment. All field and office staff are extremely experienced in all phases of land surveying, from the field crew to the office technicians. We have a system of one office technician for each field crew. Each field crew truck is equipped with both conventional and GPS equipment, which assures that each crew is prepared for any type of survey terrain or obstacle that they may encounter on any project.  Topcon and Trimble field equipment with FC 2000 data collection software is used in the field with equipment ranging from Topcon Total Stations and Topcon Hyper Lite plus Trimble GPS.  This produces a field to finish mapping process that is maintained through out each project.

We staff in house Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS), Professional Land Surveyors (PLS) six auto-cad draftsmen and six field crews on staff. TRWA offers more of a professional approach to each project, giving each client and project a one on one commitment.  We provide plats in 72 hours. Our RPLS & PLS act as a senior project manger for each route and walks every parcel or tract of land prior to the beginning of the project to insure that the crew and technicians are prepared for each phase of that route or project.
